Abstract
(EN)

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress occurrence of chipping in a band saw blade while achieving shortening of a work material cutting time even when cutting a large-sized work material whose cutting length changes.

SOLUTION: Each serration group 12 comprises: a first serration small group 14 which is configured, as plural serrations, of three or more left clam teeth 18, 20, 22 which are continuous, and three or more right clam teeth 24, 26, 28 which are continuous and follow or precede the left clam teeth; and a second serration small group 16 which is configured, as plural serrations, of a straight tooth 30 and left and right clam teeth 32, 34 which are alternately located along a serration traveling direction, and includes the maximum inter-teeth pitch. The maximum inter-teeth pitch is two times or more of the minimum inter-teeth pitch, a band width dimension of the left clam teeth 18, 20, 22, 32, a band width dimension of the right claim teeth 24, 26, 28, 34, and a band width dimension of the straight tooth 30 are respectively set to the same dimension.

【課題】切削長が変化する大型のワーク材の切断加工を行う場合でも、ワーク材の切断時間の短縮化を図りつつ、帯鋸刃のチッピングの発生を抑えること。
【解決手段】各鋸歯グループ12は、複数枚の鋸歯として連続した3枚以上の左アサリ歯18,20,22及びそれらに後続又は先行する連続した3枚以上の右アサリ歯24,26,28により構成され、最小の歯間ピッチを含む第1鋸歯小グループ14と、複数枚の鋸歯として直歯30及び鋸刃進行方向に沿って交互に配置された左右のアサリ歯32,34により構成され、最大の歯間ピッチを含む第2鋸歯小グループ16とからなる。最大の歯間ピッチは、最小の歯間ピッチの2倍以上であり、左アサリ歯18,20,22,32の帯幅寸法、右アサリ歯24,26,28,34の帯幅寸法、及び直歯30の帯幅寸法は、それぞれ同じ寸法に設定されている。
