PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control contents decision device capable of deciding control contents for an operation support device for supporting operation applied to individual users.

SOLUTION: A control contents decision device 200 includes a first acquisition unit 210 which acquires operation state information indicating an operation state of an operation support device 100 for mechanically supporting user operation, a decision unit 220 which (i) decides the control contents of the operation support device 100 from the operation state information according to a control contents decision rule or (ii) randomly decides the control contents of the operation support device 100, an output unit 230 which outputs the decided control contents, a second acquisition unit 240 which acquires comfortableness information indicating the comfortableness of the operation support by the operation support device 100, and an updating unit 250 which updates the control contents decision rule on the basis of the operation state information and the comfortableness information. The decision unit 220 selects the decision (ii) at a probability of ε.

【解決手段】制御内容決定装置200は、ユーザの動作を機械的に支援する動作支援装置100の動作状態を示す動作状態情報を取得する第1取得部210と、(i)制御内容決定ルールに従って、動作支援装置100の制御内容を動作状態情報から決定する、又は(ii)ランダムに動作支援装置100の制御内容を決定する決定部220と、決定された制御内容を出力する出力部230と、動作支援装置100による動作支援の快適さを示す快適性情報を取得する第2取得部240と、動作状態情報及び快適性情報に基づいて、制御内容決定ルールを更新する更新部250と、を備え、決定部220は、確率εで(ii)の決定を選択する。
