(JA)

本発明に係る高強度鋼板は、鋼組織は、面積率で、フェライトが35%以上80%以下、マルテンサイトが5%以上35%以下であり、焼戻しマルテンサイトが0%以上5%以下であり、体積率で残留オーステナイトが8%以上であり、さらに、フェライトの平均結晶粒径が6μm以下、残留オーステナイトの平均結晶粒径が3μm以下であり、かつ塊状オーステナイトの面積率をラス状オーステナイトと塊状オーステナイトの面積率の和で除した値が0.6以上であり、残留オーステナイト中のMnの平均含有量をフェライト中のMnの平均含有量で除した値が1.5以上であり、かつ残留オーステナイト中のCの平均含有量をフェライト中のCの平均含有量で除した値が3.0以上であることを特徴とする。
