Abstract
(EN)

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centrifugal clutch which can constantly maintain assist thrust even if a clutch shoe is worn, or can lower the assist thrust.

SOLUTION: A centrifugal clutch 200 comprises a drive plate 210 which is rotationally driven by a drive force of an engine. The drive plate 210 comprises an oscillation support pin 214 and a plate-side cam body 218. The oscillation support pin 214 is fit into a long-hole shaped pin slide-movement hole 231 formed at a clutch weight 230, and supports the clutch weight 230 so as to be oscillatory. The plate-side cam body 218 is constituted of a cylindrical roller, and a weight-side cam body 235 of the clutch weight 230 contacts therewith. The weight-side cam body 235 is formed on a curved face at which cam angles when a clutch shoe 233 contacts with a cylindrical face of a clutch outer 240 become the same before and after the progress of the wear of the clutch shoe 233.

【課題】クラッチシューが摩耗してもアシスト推力を一定に維持またはアシスト推力を低下させることができる遠心クラッチを提供する。
【解決手段】遠心クラッチ200は、エンジンの駆動力によって回転駆動するドライブプレート210を備えている。ドライブプレート210は、揺動支持ピン214およびプレート側カム体218をそれぞれ備えている。揺動支持ピン214は、クラッチウエイト230に形成された長孔状のピン摺動孔231に嵌合してクラッチウエイト230を揺動自在に支持する。プレート側カム体218は、円筒状のローラで構成されており、クラッチウエイト230のウエイト側カム体235が接触している。ウエイト側カム体235は、クラッチシュー233の摩耗が進む前後においてクラッチシュー233がクラッチアウター240の円筒面に接触したときのカム角度が同じになる曲面に形成されている。
