無機酸化物多孔質基材上にゼオライト膜が形成された分離膜の製造方法であって、前記基材のゼオライト形成部分の主成分が非晶質SiOであり、ゼオライトの種結晶、及び構造規定剤を含有するアルカリ成分を前記基材の表面に形成する第一工程と、前記第一工程で得られた形成体を加熱水蒸気雰囲気下で処理する第二工程と、を含み、前記基材表面にゼオライト膜を形成する、分離膜の製造方法。
