Abstract
(JA)

電子銃は、電子放出部を有するカソードと、前記電子放出部から放出された電子を引き出す引出電極と、前記引出電極によって引き出された電子を収束させる収束電極とを備える。前記収束電極は、管形状を有する外側電極と、前記外側電極の内側に配置された内側電極とを含み、前記内側電極は、柱状の第1空間を規定し、前記カソードの側の第1面と前記第1面の反対側の第2面とを有し、前記外側電極の内側面および前記内側電極の前記第2面は、第2空間を規定する。前記内側電極は、電子を通過させる電子通過孔と、前記第1空間と前記第2空間とを連通させる連通部とを有する。
