PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positive electrode active material for a lithium secondary battery having high voltage cycle characteristics, a positive electrode for a lithium secondary battery using the same, and a lithium secondary battery.

SOLUTION: The positive electrode active material for a lithium secondary battery includes a lithium composite metal compound including secondary particles obtained by aggregating primary particles capable of doping and dedoping lithium ions and satisfies specific requirements (1) to (4).

【課題】高電圧サイクル特性が高いリチウム二次電池用正極活物質、及びこれを用いたリチウム二次電池用正極及びリチウム二次電池の提供。
