Abstract
(JA)

1対の楔状片(24、24)を、保持凹部(21)の内周面と軸受ホルダ(22)の外周面との間に存在する環状空間(34)のうちで、ウォームホイール(13)とウォーム歯(17)との噛合部、及び、ウォーム(14)の中心軸を含む仮想平面(α)に関して対称となる2箇所位置に、前記環状空間(34)を埋める様に設ける。そして、前記両楔状片(24、24)に、円周方向に関して、前記噛合部から離れる方向の弾力を付与する。これにより、ウォーム歯をウォームホイールに向けて弾性的に付勢する付勢手段を備えるウォーム減速機に於いて、ウォームの先端部が付勢方向と直角な方向に変位するのを阻止できる。
