(JA)

植物または植物の一部内で、目的のタンパク質を合成する方法が提供される。当該方法は、植物を処理して二次葉生物体量生産を増加させ、続いて、植物中で活性のある調節領域と動作可能に連結する目的のタンパク質をコードする1つ以上の核酸配列を、当該植物に導入することを包含する。当該植物はその後、目的のタンパク質をコードする核酸配列が、当該植物または当該植物の一部において発現されることを可能にする条件下で、維持される。場合により、当該植物または当該植物の一部が収穫され、目的のタンパク質が抽出され得る。
