Abstract
(EN)

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for producing surface modified carbon black.

SOLUTION: The process comprises the step of treating carbon black with a sulfur compound in an amount in the range of 0.005%-1% of the carbon black to effect in-situ formation of surface groups to produce the surface modified carbon black. When combined with a polymer composition, the surface modified carbon black alters the carbon black-polymer interaction to decrease the hysteresis of the polymer composition. Further, the curing time required for a polymer composition comprising the surface modified carbon black is less than the curing time required for a polymer composition comprising the unmodified carbon black.

【課題】表面修飾カーボンブラックを生成するための方法を提供する。
【解決手段】この方法は、カーボンブラックをカーボンブラックの0.005%〜1%の範囲の量の硫黄化合物で処理して表面基のin−situで形成し、表面修飾カーボンブラックを生成する工程を含む。表面修飾カーボンブラックがポリマー組成物と合わせられると、カーボンブラック−ポリマー相互作用を変化させてポリマー組成物のヒステリシスを減少させ、更に表面修飾カーボンブラックを含むポリマー組成物に必要な硬化時間は、未修飾カーボンブラックを含むポリマー組成物に必要な硬化時間も減少する。
