Abstract
(EN)

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration control device which achieves improvement of features for vibration having a relatively small frequency and a relatively large amplitude and vibration having a relatively large frequency and a relatively small amplitude.

SOLUTION: A vibration control device 1 includes an outer cylinder 11, an inner member 12, an elastic body 13, a partition member 17, an intermediate cylinder 31, and a partition member 32. The elastic body connects the outer cylinder with the inner member. The partition member partitions a liquid chamber 14 in the outer cylinder into a main liquid chamber 15 and a sub liquid chamber 16. An orifice passage 21 is formed at the partition member. The intermediate cylinder 31 is disposed between the outer cylinder and the inner member and connected to the elastic body. The partition member is connected with the intermediate cylinder and divides the main liquid chamber into a first main liquid chamber 15a and a second main liquid chamber 15b. A housing chamber 37, a first communication hole 37a, and a second communication hole 37b are formed in the partition member. A movable member 36 which may be displaced or deformed according to a pressure difference between the first main liquid chamber and the second main liquid chamber is housed in the housing chamber.

【課題】周波数が比較的小さく振幅が比較的大きい振動と、周波数が比較的大きく振幅が比較的小さい振動と、の両者の振動に対する特性を向上させた防振装置を提供する。
【解決手段】防振装置1は、外筒11と、内側部材12と、弾性体13と、仕切部材17と、中間筒31と、区画部材32と、を備える。弾性体は、外筒と内側部材とを連結する。仕切部材は、外筒内の液室14を主液室15と副液室16とに区画する。仕切部材には、オリフィス通路21が形成されている。中間筒31は、外筒と内側部材との間に配設され、弾性体に連結されている。区画部材は中間筒に連結され、主液室を第1主液室15aと第2主液室15bとに区画する。区画部材には、収容室37、第1連通孔37a、および第2連通孔37bが形成されている。収容室内には、第1主液室と第2主液室との圧力差に応じて変位若しくは変形する可動部材36が収容されている。
