Abstract
(EN)

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative multilayer extrusion blow bottle which is decorated in a metallic tone with extremely inexpensive means, and exhibits remarkably excellent metallic feeling.

SOLUTION: In a decorative multilayer extrusion blow bottle having an inner layer formed of polyethylene (A) and a metallic layer where a metal pigment with an average thickness of 600 nm or less is dispersed in polyethylene (B), provided outside of the inner layer, as for a resin forming an inside adjacent layer of the metallic layer, shear viscosities (Pa s) at shear rates 6 s-1 and 30 s-1 when measured at a temperature of 210°C are represented by V6 and V30, as for the polyethylene (B), the shear viscosities (Pa s)η6 and η30 at the shear rates 6 s-1 and 30 s-1 when measured at the temperature of 210°C satisfy viscosity condition expressions (1): η6≥V6-2000 and viscosity condition expression (2): η30≥V30-2000.

【課題】極めて安価な手段によりメタリック調に加飾され、しかも著しく優れたメタリック感を示す加飾多層押出ブローボトルを提供する。
【解決手段】ポリエチレン(A)からなる内層と、該内層よりも外側に平均厚みが600nm以下の金属顔料がポリエチレン(B)に分散されているメタリック層が設けられている加飾多層押出ブローボトルにおいて、前記メタリック層の内側隣接層を形成している樹脂について、210℃の温度で測定したときの剪断速度6s−1及び30s−1での剪断粘度(Pa・s)をそれぞれV、V30とした時、前記ポリエチレン(B)について、210℃の温度で測定したときの剪断速度6s−1及び30s−1での剪断粘度(Pa・s)η及びη30は、下記粘度条件式(1)及び(2):

η30≧V30−2000 (2)
を満足することを特徴とする。
