Abstract
(EN)

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a glass tube which enhances cleanness of inside space in the glass tube in which one end of the tube is sealed and a tube wall of that side has a through-hole.

SOLUTION: The production method of the glass tube 11 includes a through-hole forming step and sealing part forming step. In the through-hole forming step, a through-hole 15 is formed on the tube wall of the glass tube 16 at a first end 16a side. In the sealing part forming step, the sealing part 13 is formed by thermal processing of a specified part from the first end 16a to the through-hole 15 of the glass tube 16.

【課題】管部の一端が封止され、その一端側の管壁が貫通孔を有するガラス管において、内部の清浄性を高めることを可能にしたガラス管の製造方法を提供する。
【解決手段】ガラス管11の製造方法は、貫通孔形成工程と封止部形成工程とを備える。貫通孔形成工程では、ガラス管16の第1端16a側の管壁に貫通孔15を形成する。封止部形成工程では、貫通孔形成工程の後に、ガラス管16の第1端16aから貫通孔15までの所定箇所を熱加工することで封止部13を形成する。
