(EN)

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which allows low delay coding being more effective in a parallel processing environment.

SOLUTION: A slice, WPP substream, and a low byte sequence payload being coded by descripting an image in a tile are re-divided and cut into segments, with accompanied continuation of coding probability compatibility over an entire segment border. The segment border does not reduce entropy coding efficiency. A segment is smaller than an original slice, WPP substream, and tile, and faster than the slice that is not cut, WPP substream, and tile for transfer with short delay. A substream marker NAL unit, so that the transport demultiplexer can assign the data of slice to a corresponding substream, tile in the NAL unit, uses a multi-thread decoder in the NAL unit so that it functions in parallel with the corresponding substream and the tile.

【課題】並列処理環境において、より効果的な、低遅延符号化を可能にする方式を提供する。
【解決手段】スライス,WPPサブストリーム,タイル内に画像を記述し符号化されたローバイトシーケンスペイロードが、切片境界全体にわたって符号化確率適合の継続を伴い切片に再分割,切断される。切片境界は、エントロピー符号化効率を減少させない。切片は、元のスライス,WPPサブストリーム,タイルより小さく、切断されていないスライス,WPPサブストリーム,タイルより早く、より小さい遅延で転送できる。サブストリームマーカーNALユニットは、トランスポートデマルチプレクサがNALユニット内でスライスのデータを対応サブストリーム,タイルに割当可能にするため、マルチスレッド復号化器を、対応サブストリーム,タイルとともに並列に機能するよう、NALユニット内で使用される。
