Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emitter capable of emitting irrigation liquid in a constant amount, not only when the pressure of the irrigation liquid is high but even when the pressure is low.

SOLUTION: The emitter includes: a water intake part; an emitting part; a first flow path; a second flow path; a flow-rate decrease part; a flow path opening/closing part; a decompression flow path; and a bypass flow path. The decompression flow path is disposed in the first flow path on the upstream side from the flow-rate decrease part, and guides the irrigation liquid to the flow-rate decrease part by reducing the pressure of irrigation liquid. The bypass flow path is disposed in the second flow pass on the upstream side from the flow path opening/closing part, and guides the irrigation liquid to the flow path opening/closing part while keeping the pressure of the irrigation liquid higher than the pressure of the irrigation liquid that has flown through the decompression flow path. When the pressure of the irrigation liquid is less than a first pressure, the irrigation liquid is guided through the decompression flow path and the bypass flow path to the emitting part. When the pressure of the irrigation liquid is at a second pressure or greater, the second flow path is closed by the flow path opening/closing part, and the irrigation liquid is guided through the decompression flow path to the emitting part.

【課題】灌漑用液体の圧力が高圧の場合だけでなく、低圧の場合であっても灌漑用液体を定量的に吐出できるエミッタを提供すること。
【解決手段】エミッタは、取水部、吐出部、第1流路、第2流路、流量減少部、流路開閉部、減圧流路およびバイパス流路を有する。減圧流路は、流量減少部より上流側の第1流路に配置され、灌漑用液体の圧力を減圧させて流量減少部に導く。バイパス流路は、流路開閉部より上流側の第2流路に配置され、灌漑用液体の圧力を、減圧流路を流れた灌漑用液体の圧力より高い圧力を維持した状態で、流路開閉部に導く。灌漑用液体の圧力が第1圧力未満の場合、灌漑用液体は、減圧流路およびバイパス流路を通って、吐出部に導かれる。灌漑用液体の圧力が第2圧力以上の場合、流路開閉部により第2流路が閉塞され、灌漑用液体は、減圧流路を通って吐出部に導かれる。
