PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyol composition capable of manufacturing an urethane pad capable of suppressing shaking feeling.

SOLUTION: Tensile stress of a soft urethane foam 10 can be reduced by blending polyrotaxane 13 with a polyol composition. Compressive stress in a vertical direction by body weight of a user seated and tensile stress by vibration input in a lateral direction act on an urethane pad. However, the tensile stress of the soft polyurethane foam 10 is reduced so that the direction (inclination) of a resultant force obtained by synthesizing the compressive stress and the tensile stress can approach the vertical direction. Shaking feeling can be suppressed by reducing an angle at which the hip (ischium) of the user becomes inclined with respect to the vertical direction by vibration input in the lateral direction.

【課題】ぐらつき感を抑制できるウレタンパッドを製造できるポリオール組成物を提供すること。
【解決手段】ポリロタキサン13がポリオール組成物に配合されることで、軟質ポリウレタンフォーム10の引張応力を小さくできる。着座した使用者の体重による鉛直方向の圧縮応力、及び、横方向の振動入力による引張応力がウレタンパッドに作用するが、軟質ポリウレタンフォーム10の引張応力を小さくすることで、圧縮応力および引張応力を合成した合力の方向(傾き)を鉛直方向へ近づけることができる。横方向の振動入力によって使用者の臀部(坐骨)が鉛直方向に対して傾く角度を小さくできるので、ぐらつき感を抑制できる。
