PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a filter device capable of removing failure quickly, and operating an inverter after removing the failure.

SOLUTION: A filter device 5 for removing a noise current generated from an inverter 6 includes a first filter capacitor 52a provided in parallel with the DC section of the inverter 6, a first filter reactor 51a provided between the high potential side of the first filter capacitor 52a and a stringing 1, i.e., a DC power supply source, a fuse 53 as a circuit disconnecting section that is disconnected when a current larger than a current rating flows therethrough, and a series circuit 56 of a second filter reactor 51b of inductance element, and a second filter capacitor 52b of a capacitance element, the series circuit 56 having one end connected with the low potential side of the first filter capacitor 52a, and connected with one end of the first filter reactor 51a.

【課題】故障を速やかに除去し、故障除去後にインバータを動作させることを可能とするフィルタ装置を得ること。
【解決手段】インバータ6が発生するノイズ電流を除去するフィルタ装置5は、インバータ6の直流部と並列に設けられた第1のフィルタコンデンサ52aと、第1のフィルタコンデンサ52aの高電位側と直流電力の電力供給源である架線1との間に設けられた第1のフィルタリアクトル51aと、電流定格より大きい電流が流れると切になる回路切断部としてのヒューズ53、インダクタンス要素である第2のフィルタリアクトル51bおよびキャパシタンス要素である第2のフィルタコンデンサ52bとを直列に接続した直列回路部であって、その一端が第1のフィルタコンデンサ52aの低電位側に接続され、第1のフィルタリアクトル51aの一端が接続される直列回路部56と、を備える。
