(EN)

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generation device for an aircraft, that is compact and is small in overhang moment.

SOLUTION: A power generation device 11 for an aircraft comprises an input shaft 14 to which driving force of an engine is transmitted, a transmission 15 provided parallel to the input shaft, a power generator 16 provided parallel to the input shaft and the transmission and driven by output of the transmission, a power transmission mechanism 17 arranged on one axial end side of the input shaft and transmitting output from the transmission to the power generator, and a casing 18 having a mount part 18a at the one axial end side 14a of the input shaft. The transmission has an input part provided on the other axial end side 14b of the input shaft and inputted with rotation drive force from the input shaft, and an output part provided on the one axial end side of the input shaft and outputting the speed-changed rotation drive force to the power transmission mechanism. The power transmission mechanism has an internal space S. The input shaft is inserted in the internal space.

【解決手段】航空機用発電装置11は、エンジンの駆動力が伝達される入力軸14と、前記入力軸と並設された変速機15と、前記入力軸及び前記変速機と並設されて前記変速機の出力により駆動される発電機16と、前記入力軸の軸方向一端側に配置され、前記変速機からの出力を前記発電機に伝達する動力伝動機構17と、前記入力軸の軸方向一端側14aに取付部18aを有するケーシング18と、を備える。前記変速機は、前記入力軸の軸方向他端側14bに設けられて前記入力軸からの回転駆動力が入力される入力部と、前記入力軸の軸方向一端側に設けられて変速された回転駆動力を前記動力伝動機構に出力する出力部とを有する。前記動力伝動機構は、内部空間Sを有する。前記内部空間には前記入力軸が挿通される。
