(EN) PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique to reduce, in an operation device having an operation part rotating around a predetermined axis, a backlash on the operation part in a thrust direction, while suppressing the occurrence of friction accompanying the rotation of the operation part.
SOLUTION: The operation device includes: an operation part which rotates around a predetermined axis; shanks (33, 34) which are disposed along the axis, and include a first end part (34B) and a second end part (33B) protruding to mutually opposite directions along the axis, and are operated integrally with the operation part; guides (43, 47, 53, 57) to which a part of the shanks is inserted so as to restrict the shanks from moving to the radial direction; a first prescription part (42) which contacts to the first end part of the inserted shank to prescribe a position to a thrust direction; a second prescription part (52) which is pressure-welded to the second end part to make the first end part contact to the first prescription part; and an engaging part (55) which is provided in an integrated manner with the second prescription part, and contacts to the second end part to suppress the shanks from releasing from the guides.
