磁性材料を製造する方法であって、当該磁性材料が希土類金属(SE)および少なくとも1つの遷移金属を含む出発材料からなる前記方法が記載され、当該方法が次の工程:−前記出発材料を水素化する工程、−前記出発材料を不均化する工程、−脱水素工程および−再結合工程を含み、その際に少なくとも1つの工程中に、組織化された磁性材料が得られかつ前記磁性材料において組織の形成が促進される程度に磁場を印加する。
