種々の新規DNAポリメラーゼを提供する。
配列番号:8のアミノ酸配列において、736番目のアミノ酸残基と737番目のアミノ酸残基の間に9アミノ酸「−A737−A738−A739−A740−A741−A742−A743−A744−A745−」が挿入されたアミノ酸配列からなる、DNAポリメラーゼ〔配列中:A737は、非極性の脂肪族側鎖を有するアミノ酸残基であり;A738は、非極性の脂肪族側鎖を有するアミノ酸残基であり;A739は、正電荷型側鎖を有するアミノ酸残基であり;A740は、正電荷型側鎖を有するアミノ酸残基であり;A741は、非極性の脂肪族側鎖を有するアミノ酸残基であり;A742は、非極性の脂肪族側鎖を有するアミノ酸残基であり;A743は、任意のアミノ酸残基であり;A744は、正電荷型側鎖を有するアミノ酸残基であり;A745は、非極性の脂肪族側鎖を有するアミノ酸残基である〕を提供する。
