Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance safety in remote control to equipment in a house.

SOLUTION: In an energy management system 1, a controller 100 acquires an environmental parameter which indicates environments in a house. The controller 100 receives an instruction for remotely controlling an air conditioning system 104 installed in a house, from terminal devices 40A, 40B, 40C in the outside of the house. When the instruction is received, the controller 100 transmits an inquiry whether processing corresponding to the received instruction is performed or not, together with the acquired environmental parameter. The controller 100 controls the air conditioning system 104, on the basis of a response to the inquiry.

【課題】宅内の機器への遠隔制御の安全性をより高める。
【解決手段】エネルギーマネジメントシステム1において、コントローラ100は、宅内の環境を表す環境パラメータを取得する。コントローラ100は、宅外の端末装置40A,40B,40Cから、宅内に設置されている空調システム104等を遠隔制御する指示を受け付ける。コントローラ100は、指示が受け付けられると、取得した環境パラメータと共に、受け付けた指示に対応する処理を実行するか否かの問い合わせを送信する。コントローラ100は、問い合わせに対する応答に基づいて、空調システム104等を制御する。
