Abstract
(EN)

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controlled release fertilizer having a release rate profile in which the excessive supply of a nutrients does not occur, and to provide a method for production thereof.

SOLUTION: A controlled release fertilizer material comprises a particulate plant nutrient surrounded by a coating which is the reaction product of a mixture comprising: a polyol, an isocyanate and an organic wax. The plant nutrient contains at least one selected from the group consisting of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, sulfur and mixtures thereof. An isocyanate is selected from the group consisting of diphenylmethane diisocyanate, toluene diisocyanate, aliphatic isocyanate, their derivatives, polymers, and their mixture.

【課題】栄養素の過剰供給を生じない放出速度プロフィールを有する、徐放性肥料物質およびその製造方法の提供。
【解決手段】ポリオール、イソシアネートおよび有機ろうを含む混合物の反応生成物である被覆によって包囲された微粒子植物栄養素を含む徐放性肥料物質。植物栄養素は窒素、リン、カリウム、イオウおよびその混合物からなる群から選択される少なくとも一つを含有する。イソシアネートはジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート、ジイソシアン酸トルエン、脂肪族イソシアネート、その誘導体、ポリマーおよびその混合物からなる群から選択される。
