PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily manufacturing a catalytic cracking catalyst for hydrocarbon oil which has high cracking activity on heavy hydrocarbon oil and can produce a gasoline fraction having a high octane value with a high yield.

SOLUTION: There is provided a method for manufacturing a catalytic cracking catalyst for hydrocarbon oil, the method comprising: preparing an aqueous slurry containing 20 to 50 mass% of a zeolite having a sodalite cage structure in terms of solid content, 10 to 30 mass% of silica sol in terms of SiO2, 0.1 to 21 mass% of aluminum primary phosphate in terms of Al2O3.3P2O5 and 5 to 65 mass% of clay mineral; and aging for 5 to 200 minutes, followed by spray drying.

【課題】重質炭化水素油に対する分解活性が高く、オクタン価が高いガソリン留分を高い得率で生産することができる炭化水素油の接触分解触媒を簡便に製造する方法を提供する。
【解決手段】炭化水素油の接触分解触媒を製造する方法であって、固形分換算したときに、ソーダライトケージ構造を有するゼオライトを20〜50質量%、シリカゾルをSiO換算で10〜30質量%、第一リン酸アルミニウムをAl・3P換算で0.1〜21質量%および粘土鉱物を5〜65質量%含有する水性スラリーを調製した後、5〜200分間熟成し、次いで噴霧乾燥処理することを特徴とする炭化水素油の接触分解触媒の製造方法である。
