Abstract
(EN)

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a polycarbonate resin having good color tone and excellent characteristics in transparency, heat resistance, mechanical strength, and impact resistance; and to provide a polycarbonate resin composition containing the polycarbonate resin.

SOLUTION: The method for producing the polycarbonate resin comprises a step of performing a polycondensation reaction of a carbonate diester with a dihydroxy compound in the presence of a transesterification catalyst. The transesterification catalyst contains phosphorus compounds shown by the following general formulae (1) and/or (2) and at least one basic compound selected from the group consisting of compounds of group 1 elements (except hydrogen) of the long period type periodic table, compounds of group 2 elements thereof, basic boron compounds, basic phosphorus compounds and nitrogen-containing basic compounds.

【課題】色調の良好な、透明性、耐熱性、機械的強度及び耐衝撃性等にも優れた特性を有するポリカーボネート樹脂の製造、及び該ポリカーボネート樹脂を含有するポリカーボネート樹脂組成物を提供する。
【解決手段】炭酸ジエステルとジヒドロキシ化合物とをエステル交換触媒の存在下に重縮合反応するポリカーボネート樹脂の製造方法であって、前記エステル交換触媒が下記一般式(1)及び/又は(2)で表されるリン化合物と、長周期型周期表第1族元素(水素は除く)の化合物、長周期型周期表第2族元素の化合物、塩基性ホウ素化合物、塩基性リン化合物及び含窒素塩基性化合物からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種の塩基性化合物と、を含むことを特徴とするポリカーボネート樹脂の製造方法。
