Abstract
(EN)

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a spray reach distance in a fuel injection valve used for an internal combustion engine.

SOLUTION: A fuel injection valve has a seat member. The seat member has a conical seating surface for seating fuel in contact with a valve body, and plural fuel injection hole inlet openings on the conical seating surface, and an injection hole shaft connecting an inlet of the fuel injection hole with a center of an outlet follows plural different conical surfaces. The seat member is provided with an injection hole. On an outlet cross section constituted by a flat plane parallel to an inlet cross section of the fuel injection hole inlet opening and positioned on an injection hole outlet, an oval longitudinal direction of the outlet cross section has an inclined angle larger than 0 degrees to a straight line in a fuel injection direction obtained by projecting the injection hole shaft on an outlet cross section, and an inclined angle before being orthogonal to a straight line in the fuel injection direction.

弁体と接して燃料をシートする円錐座面と、前記円錐座面に複数の燃料噴射孔入口開口部を有し、前記燃料噴射孔の入口と出口の中心を結ぶ噴孔軸が、複数の異なる円錐面に沿う様に構成されたシート部材において、
前記燃料噴射孔入口開口部の入口断面と平行な平面で構成された、噴射孔出口に位置する出口断面において、前記出口断面の楕円長軸方向が、前記噴孔軸を前記出口断面上に投影して得られる燃料噴射方向の直線に対して、0度より大きな傾斜角を持ち、かつ前記燃料噴射方向の直線に対して直交する前までの傾斜角を持つ噴射孔が設けられたシート部材を有する燃料噴射弁とした。
