PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission device which can change speed equally in either of normal rotation and reverse rotation, has a small number of components, is compact and has a simple structure.

SOLUTION: In a transmission device 10 in which an internal and external gear 15 is circulated along an eccentric guide part 29 while the internal and external gear 15 is rotated in accordance with a difference of rotation number between an input means 12 and an eccentric guide plate 13, a gear connection mechanism includes: a disk part 21 and external teeth 22 disposed on the input means 12; a second cylindrical guide part 31 disposed on one side of the internal and external gear 15 such that the axial center conforms with the first cylindrical guide part 30; an external gear 18 which is freely rotatably fitted to the input means 12, has the same shape as the outer teeth 22 of the input means 12 and has external teeth 38 engaged with inner teeth 33 of the internal and external gear 15; and an internal gear 19 which has the outer teeth 22, inner teeth 40 engaged with outer teeth 38 and an annular guide part 39 guided by the second cylindrical guide part 31, is arranged so as to be held between the disk part 21 and the internal and external gear 15 and is circulated together with the internal and external gear 15.

【課題】正転及び逆転のいずれにおいても同様に変速を行うことができ、部品点数が少なく、コンパクトで構造も簡素となる変速装置を提供する。
【解決手段】
入力手段12と偏心ガイド板13との回転数の差に応じて内外歯車15を回転させながら偏心ガイド部29に沿って周回させる変速装置10において、歯車連結機構は、入力手段12に設けられた円板部21及び外歯22と、内外歯車15の一側に、第1の円筒ガイド部30に軸心を合わせて設けられた第2の円筒ガイド部31と、入力手段12に回転自在に嵌着され、入力手段12の外歯22と同一形状であり内外歯車15の内歯33と噛合する外歯38を有する外歯車18と、外歯22及び外歯38と噛合する内歯40、及び第2の円筒ガイド部31にガイドされる環状ガイド部39を有し、円板部21と内外歯車15とに挟まれて配設され、内外歯車15と共に周回する内歯車19とを備える。
