本発明は、内燃機関用の複数部分から成るピストン(10,110)を製造する方法であって、下記の方法ステップ:すなわち、接合面(24,28;124,128)を備えた内側の支持エレメント(22,26;122,126)と接合面(25,29;125,129)を備えた外側の支持エレメント(23,27;123,127)とをそれぞれ有する、ピストン上側部分(11)とピストン下側部分(12)とを製造し、少なくとも1つの接合面(24,28;25,29;124,128;125,129)の領域に高温ろう付け用ろう材を被着し、接合面(24,28;25,29;124,128;125,129)の間における接触部の形成によって、ピストン上側部分(11)とピストン下側部分(12)とをまとめて1つのピストンボディを形成し、該ピストンボディを真空炉内にもたらして、該真空炉を排気し、ピストンボディを最高で10−2mbarの圧力において、最高で1300℃のろう付け温度に加熱し、ろう付けされたピストン(10,110)を最高で10−2mbarの圧力で、高温ろう付け用ろう材が完全に凝固するまで冷却する、
という方法ステップを特徴とする。本発明はさらに、この方法によって製造可能なピストン(10,110)に関する。
