PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new production method of a three-dimensional cell culture construct.

SOLUTION: A production method of a three-dimensional cell culture construct in which at least two cell layers are laminated comprises: seeding a coated cell in which the surface is covered with a coating containing an extracellular matrix component; cultivating the seeded coated cell in a medium; and continuously using at least part of the medium for 5 or more days. Further, the production method of a three-dimensional cell culture construct in which at least two cell layers are laminated comprises: seeding a coated cell in which the surface is covered with a coating containing an extracellular matrix component; and cultivating the seeded coated cell in a medium, in which the coated cell is cultivated in 70 μL or more of the medium per 1×104 cells.

【課題】三次元細胞培養体の新たな製造方法の提供。
【解決手段】細胞層が少なくとも2層以上積層された三次元細胞培養体の製造方法であって、細胞外マトリックス成分を含む被膜で細胞の表面が被覆された被覆細胞を播種すること、前記播種した被覆細胞を培地中で培養すること、及び前記培地の少なくとも一部を5日以上継続使用することを含む製造方法。また、細胞外マトリックス成分を含む被膜で細胞の表面が被覆された被覆細胞を播種すること、及び前記播種した被覆細胞を培地中で培養すること、を含み、前記被覆細胞の培養は、前記被覆細胞を、細胞1×104個あたり70μL以上の培地中で培養することを含む、細胞層が少なくとも2層以上積層された三次元細胞培養体の製造方法。
