PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soap bubble generator successfully forming a large number of small soap bubbles in a large soap bubble.
SOLUTION: The soap bubble generator includes: an outer ring formed with a large number of projections along the circumference thereof and formed with a connection groove in the inner circumferential surface; a grip connected to an outside surface of the outer ring; an inner ring having a diameter smaller than that of the outer ring and formed with a large number of projections along the circumference thereof; and a connecting bar extending from a side of the inner ring, formed to have a length so that the center of the inner ring is disposed to be deviated to a side from the center of the outer ring, and fixedly inserted into the connecting groove of the outer ring.
