Abstract
(EN)

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cereal products that are largely free of common sugars, such as sucrose or glucose, that are unsuitable for diabetics, but, at the same time, do not comprise the disadvantages that are associated with the use of sugar substitutes.

SOLUTION: As for the cereal products and a method for producing the cereal products, an isomaltulose-containing coating and/or an isomaltulose-containing binding agent is used.

【課題】糖尿病に不適切な、スクロース又はグルコースのような通常の糖をほとんど含まず、同時に、糖代用品の使用に付随する不利益を含まない、シリアル製品を提供する。
