本開示は、試験試料中に存在しうる1以上のターゲット分子の検出のための方法、デバイス、試薬、およびキットを記載する。記載する方法、デバイス、キット、および試薬は、核酸(すなわちアプタマー)を検出し、そして定量化することによって、試験試料中の非核酸ターゲット(例えばタンパク質ターゲット)の検出および定量化を容易にする。記載する方法は、非核酸ターゲットに対する核酸代理を生成し、こうして増幅を含めて非常に多様な核酸技術を、より広範囲の所望のターゲット、特にタンパク質ターゲットに適用することを可能にする。該開示は、多様な分析的検出適用中のアプタマーの使用を容易にするアプタマー構築物をさらに記載する。
