PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress auditory noise which occurs in differential signals generated by acoustic signals of a plurality of channels.

SOLUTION: A differential spectrum calculation unit 320 calculates a differential absolute value of frequency spectra of right and left channels from frequency spectrum generation units 311 and 312, as a differential spectrum. A low-level band decision unit 330 determines a differential spectrum corresponding to a low level band from among differential spectra of all frequency bands. A substitution spectrum generation unit 350 generates a substitution spectrum for substituting the differential spectrum on the basis of the frequency spectrum of the left channel. A spectrum substitution unit 360 substitutes the differential spectrum corresponding to the low level band to the substitution spectrum corresponding to the differential spectrum. An accompaniment signal generation unit 370 generates an accompaniment signal by converting the frequency spectrum output from the spectrum substitution unit 360 to a time domain signal.

【解決手段】差分スペクトル算出部320は、周波数スペクトル生成部311および312からの左および右チャンネルの周波数スペクトルの差分絶対値を差分スペクトルとして算出する。低レベル帯域判定部330は、全周波数帯域における差分スペクトルのうち、低レベル帯域に対応する差分スペクトルを判定する。置換スペクトル生成部350は、差分スペクトルを置き換えるための置換スペクトルを左チャンネルの周波数スペクトルに基づいて生成する。スペクトル置換部360は、低レベル帯域に対応する差分スペクトルを、その差分スペクトルに対応する置換スペクトルに置き換える。伴奏信号生成部370は、スペクトル置換部360から出力された周波数スペクトルを時間領域の信号に変換することによって伴奏信号を生成する。
