前記係止脚部(3)が、頭部(1)から離隔する方向に延在する脚部シャフト(4)を含み、かつ前記係止脚部(3)が、該脚部シャフト(4)の側端縁部(複数)に配される複数の翼部(7、8)を含むよう構成される固定装置において、前記脚部シャフト(4)は、複数の側縁ウェブ(5、6)を含んで構成され、該複数の側縁ウェブ(5、6)の各々の間には、自由空間(20)が形成されていることを特徴とする。
