本発明は置換2−(4−カルボニルメトキシ−2,5−ジ置換可フェニル)アセトアルデヒドの製造のための改良方法に関するものである。特に、2−(4−アルコキシカルボニルメトキシ−2,5−ジ置換可フェニル)アセトアルデヒドと、置換可2−〔4−〔2−〔〔2−ヒドロキシ−2−(4−ヒドロキシフェニル)−1−メチルエチル〕アミノ〕エチル〕−2,5−ジ置換可フェノキシ〕酢酸誘導体、又はその塩の製造におけるそれらの使用に関するものであり、それらは医薬活性物質として用いられる。
