本発明は、一端部で密閉領域(6)に接続する少なくとも一つのマイクロチャネル(2)を備えたマイクロ流体装置(1)に関するもので、密閉領域に接続しており、マイクロチャネルに接触することなくその間に流体を排出することの出来る入口回路(8)と出口回路(9)とをさらに備え、回路−入口回路および/または出口回路−のうち少なくとも一方が、マイクロチャネルの端部の圧力を、マイクロチャネルの他端部の圧力とは独立に変更するよう制御可能であることを特徴とする。
