Abstract
(EN)

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a base material having an improved transfer efficiency of a treating agent to the base material, in order to produce, at low costs, a base material for formation of a heat-shielding film having a sufficient heat-shielding performance and sufficient wear and weather resistances for construction and vehicle applications.

SOLUTION: The method has a first process of preparing a sol solution with a trialkoxysilane or its mixture with a tetraalkoxysilane as starting materials and mixing the sol solution with a solution dispersed with ultrafine particles of tin-doped indium oxide to form a treating agent and a second process of applying the treating agent to a base material. The sol solution contains an organic solvent of a boiling point of 100-200C as a dispersion medium, and the applying process comprises bringing a member carrying the treating agent into contact with the base material or spraying the treating agent onto the base material.

【課題】十分な熱線遮蔽性能、及び建築用途、車両用途として十分に使用できる耐摩耗性、耐候性を有する熱線遮蔽膜形成基材をより低コストで生産するために、処理剤の基材への塗着効率が改善された該基材の製法を提供することを課題とする。
【解決手段】トリアルコキシシラン又はトリアルコキシシランとテトラアルコキシシランを出発原料として形成されたゾル溶液、及び錫ドープ酸化インジウム超微粒子が分散された溶液とを混合して処理剤とする工程、及び処理剤を基材に塗布する塗布工程を有し、前記ゾル溶液は、沸点が100乃至200℃の有機溶媒を分散媒とするゾル溶液とし、前記塗布工程を、処理剤を保持した部材を基材に接触させる手段とすること、又は処理剤の噴霧による手段とすること。
