Abstract
(EN)

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a negative pressure booster having an improved operation feeling in a compact form by shortening the stroke of an input member when generating great output while surely and easily controlling a movable vacuum valve seat.

SOLUTION: During operation, a reaction disc 35 is deflected by the reaction of an output shaft 34 to thrust a pin 28 backward and the pin 28 thrusts a vacuum valve seat member 21 via an arm 25 backward. Then, the vacuum valve seat member 21 forces a valve element 15 via a vacuum valve portion 17 backward and so an breather valve portion 16 is moved backward relative to a valve body 4. In this way, as a breather valve 20 and a vacuum valve 23 are moved backward, the stroke of the input shaft 11 is reduced, accordingly. With the valve element 15 forced backward, balance position of the breather valve 20 and the vacuum valve 23 are moved backward in response to output (input).

【課題】大きな出力を発生するときの入力部材のストロークを短縮して、操作フィーリングを向上しつつコンパクトに形成し、しかも可動真空弁座の制御を確実にかつ容易にする。
【解決手段】作動時に、リアクションディスク35は出力軸34からの反力で撓んでピン28を後方に押圧し、ピン28がアーム25を介して真空弁座部材21を後方に押圧する。すると、真空弁座部材21が真空弁部17を介して弁体15を後方に突き上げるので、大気弁部16がバルブボディ4に対して後方に移動する。このように、大気弁20および真空弁23が後方に移動する分、入力軸11のストロークが短縮される。また、弁体15が後方に突き上げられることで、大気弁20および真空弁23のバランス位置が出力(入力)に応じて後方に移動する。
