Abstract
(EN)

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable electrocardiograph with enhanced flexibility in the measuring posture to measure the electrocardiographic waveform by selecting a specific measuring posture from a plurality of measuring postures according to the situation.

SOLUTION: The portable electrocardiograph 1A comprises a body unit 100 with a negative electrode and a detachable unit 110 with a positive electrode. The detachable unit 110 is detachably attached to the body unit 100. Both the negative electrode and the positive electrode are exposed with the detachable unit 110 integrated with the body unit 100. The portable electrocardiograph 1A can measure the electrocardiographic waveform whether the detachable unit 110 is integrated with the body unit 100 or the detachable unit 110 is separated from the body unit 100.

【課題】状況に応じて複数の計測姿勢から特定の計測姿勢を選択して心電波形の計測が行なえるように計測姿勢の自由度が高められた携帯型心電計を提供する。
【解決手段】携帯型心電計1Aは、負電極が設けられた本体ユニット100と、正電極が設けられた着脱ユニット110とを備え、着脱ユニット110は、本体ユニット100に対して着脱自在に取付けられる。本体ユニット100に着脱ユニット110を合体させた状態において負電極および正電極はいずれも露出している。本携帯型心電計1Aにおいては、本体ユニット100に着脱ユニット110を合体させた状態および本体ユニット100から着脱ユニット110を分離させた状態のいずれにおいても心電波形の計測が可能である。
