Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a shift from the neutral position to the first speed or the like by producing drag torque at the clutch-off time in a simple composition.

SOLUTION: The clutch device is equipped with a clutch housing 1, an output side rotating element 2, a clutch part 3 having a plurality of clutch plates, a pressure plate 4, a diaphragm spring 5 having a disc-like thrust part 5a and a lever part 5b, and an elastic member 7 for drag. The elastic member 7 for drag is arranged between the pressure plate 4 and the thrust part 5a of the diaphragm spring 5. When the power of the clutch part 3 is cut off, the pressure plate 4 is thrusted by a load smaller than a thrust load of the diaphragm spring 5.

【課題】 簡単な構成でクラッチオフ時のドラグトルクを発生させ、停車時にニュートラル位置から1速等にギアを入れやすくする
【解決手段】 この装置は、クラッチハウジング1と、出力側回転体2と、複数のクラッチプレートを有するクラッチ部3と、プレッシャプレート4と、円板状の押圧部5a及びレバー部5bを有するダイヤフラムスプリング5と、ドラグ用弾性部材7とを備えている。ドラグ用弾性部材7は、プレッシャプレート4とダイヤフラムスプリング5の押圧部5aとの間に配置され、クラッチ部3の動力遮断時に、ダイヤフラムスプリング5の押圧荷重より小さい荷重でプレッシャプレート4を押圧する。
