PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein in the case of an elevator in which the lowermost floor is set to a non-stopping floor, when a passenger rides in a car, a door of the car is not opened at the non-stopping floor and the passenger gets in the state of confined for several minutes when water in a drain tank is discharged.

SOLUTION: In the elevator control device, an air-conditioning facility and a drain tank are installed in the elevator car, a drain facility is installed on the lowermost floor, in usual operation, the lowermost floor is set to the non-stop floor and in tank water-discharge operation for performing water-discharging action of the drain tank in the drain facility, the lowermost floor is set to a stoppable floor. In order to prevent confinement of the delayed passenger in getting off in performing water-discharge action in the drain tank, when any one of buttons of a car operation part is operated before beginning the water-discharging action, a control means for traveling and stopping it again from the lowermost floor to the stoppable floor and making the passenger get off is provided.

【課題】最下階床を不停止階床に設定したエレベーターの場合、かご内に乗客がそのまま乗車していると不停止階床ではかごの扉が開かずドレンタンク内の水を排水する数分間その乗客は閉じ込められた状態となる問題があった。
【解決手段】エレベーターかごに空調設備及びドレンタンクを装備すると共に最下階床にドレン設備を装備し、通常運転時、最下階床が不停止階床に設定されていると共にドレン設備でドレンタンクの排水動作を実施するためのタンク排水運転時、最下階床を停止可能階床に設定したエレベーター制御装置において、ドレンタンク内の排水動作実施時降り遅れた乗客の閉じ込めを防止するため、排水動作開始前にかご操作部のいずれかの釦が操作された場合に、最下階床から停止可能な階床へ再び走行、停止させて乗客を降車させる制御手段を設けた。
