Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chip type aluminum electrolytic capacitor excelling in its vibrational resistance, wherein the temperature of its each lead wire exposed from its insulating terminal plate to the external is so increased preferentially as to be able to secure its highly reliable soldering property in a comparably relaxed reflow atmospheric environment.

SOLUTION: An insulating terminal plate has two inserting holes for inserting thereinto a pair of lead wires derived from the sealing member of a capacitor main body, and has on its external surface each recessed groove A for so storing therein each lead wire passed through each inserting hole as to bend each lead wire in a right-angled direction, and further, is so mounted on the sealing member as to be contacted with the sealing member. In the chip type aluminum electrolytic capacitor comprising this insulating terminal plate, such constitutions are provided as to bury two metal electrodes in both the inner walls and both the peripheries of each recessed groove A of the insulating terminal plate, and as to expose a portion of each metal electrode to the end surface of the insulating terminal plate and as for a bidirectional recessed groove B to reach the end surface of the insulating terminal plate from each inserting hole of the insulating terminal plate.

【課題】絶縁端子板から露出したリード線の温度を優先的に上昇させ、比較的緩いリフロー雰囲気環境で、信頼性の高い半田付け性が確保できる、また耐振動性に優れたチップ型アルミ電解コンデンサを提供することを目的とする。
【解決手段】コンデンサ本体の封口部材から導出された一対のリード線が挿通する孔ならびにこの孔を挿通したリード線を直角方向に折り曲げて収納する凹溝Aを外表面に備えて上記封口部材に当接するように装着された絶縁端子板からなるチップ型アルミ電解コンデンサにおいて、上記絶縁端子板の凹溝Aの内面及びその周辺に金属電極が埋め込まれ、かつ金属電極の一部を絶縁端子板の端面部に露出させるとともに、上記絶縁端子板の挿通孔から絶縁端子板の端面部に達する双方向の凹溝Bを有する構成とするものである。
