Abstract
(EN)

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of detecting a structural change in a calmodulin quantitatively and easily in real time for a short period of time, and a method capable of efficiently searching a material having an activity which affects the structural change in the calmodulin, in a lot of materials.

SOLUTION: A test material whose activity is to be detected, is brought to act on a sample membrane made of the calmodulin, and a change in tension and/or a change in elasticity of the sample membrane are detected in comparison with the state before bringing the test material to act thereon, by using a mechanochemical type sensor. Therefore, the method capable of measuring the activity of the test material which induces or inhibits the structural change in the calmodulin, is provided.

【課題】定量的かつリアルタイムに、カルモデュリンの構造変化を簡便に短時間で検出することができる方法、および、多数の物質の中からカルモデュリンの構造変化に影響を与える活性を有する物質を効率良く探索できる方法を提供することが本発明の課題である。
【解決手段】カルモデュリンよりなる試料膜に、活性を検出するべき被験物質を作用させ、上記被験物質を作用させる前と比べた試料膜の張力及び/または弾性の変化をメカノケミカル式センサーで検出することにより、上記被験物質が有するカルモデュリンの構造変化を誘導または阻害する活性をリアルタイムに短時間で測定できる方法が提供された。
