Abstract
(EN)

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an alumina-germanium ceramic composition and an alumina-germanium ceramic sintered compact, which elute germanium ions when they are brought into contact with water; and to provide a showerhead using the alumina-germanium ceramic sintered compact.

SOLUTION: The alumina-germanium ceramic composition contains, by weight, 60.0-90.0% alumina powder, 10-40% germanium oxide powder and 10-20% silicon dioxide powder. The alumina-germanium ceramic sintered compact is obtained by firing the alumina-germanium ceramic composition. In the showerhead 10 having a water-introducing port 16, an ejecting port 30 and a water flow passage formed between the water-introducing port 16 and the ejecting port 30, the alumina-germanium ceramic sintered compact 34 is arranged on the way of the water flow passage.

【課題】 水と接触してゲルマニウムイオンを水中に溶出するアルミナゲルマニウムセラミックス組成物及びアルミナゲルマニウムセラミックス焼結体と、該アルミナゲルマニウムセラミックス焼結体を用いたシャワーヘッドの実現。
【解決手段】 アルミナ粉末を６０．０〜９０．０ｗｔ％、酸化ゲルマニウム粉末を１０〜４０ｗｔ％、二酸化ケイ素粉末を１０〜２０ｗｔ％の割合で含有するアルミナゲルマニウムセラミックス組成物。当該アルミナゲルマニウムセラミックス組成物を焼成して成るアルミナゲルマニウムセラミックス焼結体。水の導入口16と噴出口30を備え、上記導入口16から噴出口30に至る水の流路が形成されたシャワーヘッドにおいて、上記水の流路の途中に、上記アルミナゲルマニウムセラミックス焼結体34を配置したシャワーヘッド10。
