Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce time spent in preparing a drive program for driving a dispensing device with respect to a technique for simulating an experiment using the dispensing device.

SOLUTION: This experiment simulation device is equipped with a device-information storage part 11 storing information on a fictive dispensing device comprising a fictive experiment table 101 mounted with parts 400 for fictive experiment and fictive arm parts 200 movably disposed on an upper side of the experiment table 101, a drive-program storage part 12 stored with a drive program for a dispensing device serving as a subject of simulation and for the fictive dispensing device, a disposition part 22 for disposing the parts 400 for fictive experiment on the experiment table 101 according to a drive program, a fictive arm drive part 23 for driving the arm parts 200 according to the drive program, and a collision determination part 25 for determining whether the arm parts 200 have collided with the parts 400 for fictive experiment and with the experiment table 101 in a fictive space. According to this configuration, a fictive dispensing device is fictively driven by using a program for driving a real dispensing device to determine whether an arm collides with a part for fictive experiment, etc. in the fictive space. Therefore, it is possible to comprehend problems of the drive program prior to an actual experiment.

【課題】分注装置を駆動するための駆動プログラムの作成に費やされる手間を軽減すること。
【解決手段】仮想実験用パーツ400が載置される仮想実験テーブル101及び仮想実験テーブル101の上側に移動可能に配設された仮想アーム部200を含む仮想分注装置の情報を記憶する装置情報記憶部11と、シミュレーション対象となる分注装置及び仮想分注装置の駆動プログラムを記憶する駆動プログラム記憶部12と、駆動プログラムに従って、仮想実験テーブル101上に仮想実験用パーツ400を配置する配置部22と、駆動プログラムに従って仮想アーム部200を駆動させる仮想アーム駆動部23と、仮想アーム部200と仮想実験用パーツ400及び仮想実験テーブル101との仮想空間上での衝突の有無を判定する衝突判定部25とを備える。
