Abstract
(JA)

本発明は、核酸サンプル(例えば、血液、精液、唾液、細胞、…)中の多型性の検出するための方法および装置に関する。既知の方法(例えば、DGGE、SSCPおよびTGGE)の効率および信頼性を促進するため、実際の検出前の増幅工程(例えば、PCR)をポリアクリルアミドゲル中またはポリアクリルアミドゲル上で行う。複数の勾配(化学的変性、熱変性およびゲルマトリクスの空隙率による勾配)を、ゲルスラブ上のゾーン電気泳動により、またはキャピラリー電気泳動により、DNAフラグメントの分離に使用する。
