(EN) PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper money having a safe pattern difficult to copy to prevent a forgery and to provide an other certificate document.
SOLUTION: The certificate document or money comprises a plastic substrate having a transparent window including a certificate pattern, in such a manner that the pattern has a floating image in the window capable of passing a light through the pattern. In this document or money, the transparent window is formed of a transparent plastic part of the substrate in which a certificate seal is not printed. The floating image is formed by floating the transparent plastic part, in such a manner that the floating is formed in dimension having a sufficient depth and width capable of being detected, by bringing the floating into contact with the complete certificated document or the money via naked eyes.
