PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a fuel for Diesel engines from a waste fish oil or a mixture of the waste fish oil with a waste vegetable oil which have been dumped as raw material.

SOLUTION: This method for producing the fuel for Diesel engines is characterized by having the primary treatment process comprising subjecting a fish oil (virgin oil or waste fish oil) or a mixture of the fish oil with a vegetable oil (virgin oil or waste vegetable oil) (hereinafter referred to as 'raw material') to an ozone injection treatment and a simultaneous stirring treatment, charging an oxidation-reduction agent and a polymerization inhibitor to the raw material during the stirring treatment, subjecting the raw material to the ozone injection treatment and the stirring treatment, and further charging the oxidation- reduction agent and the polymerization inhibitor during the stirring treatment, the secondary treatment process comprising filtering the product obtained by the primary treatment, again injecting the ozone and simultaneously stirring the product, and further a process comprising charging a vegetable additive to the product obtained by the secondary treatment process.

【課題】 従来廃棄されてきた魚廃棄油又は植物廃棄油
と魚廃棄油の混合物を原料にして、ディーゼルエンジン
用燃料を製造する。


【解決手段】 魚油(バージン油又は魚廃油)又は前記
魚油と植物油(バージン油又は植物廃油)との混合物
(以下、「原料」という)をオゾンを注入しながら攪拌
処理を行い、該攪拌処理中に酸化還元剤及び重合防止剤
を投入する。
さらには、前記原料にオゾンを注入しなが
ら攪拌処理を行い、該攪拌処理中に酸化還元剤及び重合
防止剤を投入する一次処理工程と、前記一次処理によっ
て得られたものを濾過し、再度オゾンを注入しながら攪
拌処理を行なう二次処理工程と、さらに、前記二次処理
工程によって得られたものに植物添加剤を投入する工程
と、の各工程を有することを特徴とする。
