Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-layer resin oriented film suitable for a mono- material wall paper having good printing and embossing properties, eliminating backing paper such as natural paper or pressure sensitive adhesive processing, having similar applicability as a conventional wall paper, and having a good recycle property.

SOLUTION: The multi-layer resin oriented film comprises a printable top surface layer (A) and a back surface layer (B) laminated on the back face of the top surface layer (A). The top surface layer (A) contains a thermoplastic resin including an olefinic thermoplastic elastomer having a melting point of 160C or higher and an inorganic fine powder and/or an organic filler. The back surface layer (B) contains a thermoplastic resin including an olefinic thermoplastic elastomer having a melting point of 160C or higher and a surface- treated inorganic fine powder and/or an organic filler and having a liquid water absorbing capacity of 6 to 25 ml/m2 as measured by 'Japan TAPPI No.51-87'.

【課題】 印刷性とエンボス加工性に優れ、天然紙など
の裏打ち紙や感圧型粘着加工を必要とせずに、従来の壁
紙と同様の施工性を有し、かつリサイクル性に優れたモ
ノマテリアルな壁紙に適した多層樹脂延伸フィルムを提
供すること。


【解決手段】 融点が160℃以上であるオレフィン系
熱可塑性エラストマーを含む熱可塑性樹脂、無機微細粉
末及び/または有機フィラーを含有する印刷可能な表面
層(A)の裏面に、融点が160℃以上であるオレフィ
ン系熱可塑性エラストマーを含む熱可塑性樹脂、表面処
理された無機微細粉末及び/または有機フィラーを含有
し「Japan TAPPI No.51-87」によ
り測定される液体吸水容積が6~25ml/m(2)である
裏面層(B)を積層した多層樹脂延伸フィルム。
