(JA) レーザ加工方法及びレーザ加工装置
Abstract
(EN)

PURPOSE: To stably and surely cut the corner part of a work in an effectual machining condition when the work is irradiated with laser beam to be cut.

CONSTITUTION: Whether or not a machining course (locus) by a machining program which is now in execution corresponds to a point B of a corner part is discriminated and when it is the point B, stepwise machining is performed according to the machining condition M stored in advance in an RAM3 (step S2). In other words, when the machining arrives at the point B of the corner part, the machining condition is once set to a lower level or a value 0, then, the machining is increased to the usual macining condition M0 in a stepwise state in accordance with the machining position (time). When cutting at the point B of the corner part is completed, the usual cutting is performed as it is in the cutting condition M0 (step B3). Cutting at the point B of the corner part can be performed stably and surely under the effectual machining condition.

【目的】 ワークにレーザビームを照射して切断加工を
行う場合、角部の切断加工を実効果のある加工条件で安
定して確実に行う。


【構成】 現在実行中の加工プログラムによる加工経路
(軌跡)が角部B点に相当するか否かを判別し(ステッ
プS1)、角部B点であれば、予めRAM3に格納され
た加工条件Mに従い、ステップ状の切断加工を行う(ス
テップS2)。
すなわち、加工条件を角部B点に到達し
た時点で一旦低レベルまたは値0とし、その後、加工位
置(時間)と共にステップ状に通常の加工条件M[0 ]まで
増加させる。
角部B点での切断加工が完了するとそのま
ま加工条件M[0 ]で通常の切断加工を行う(ステップS
3)。
このため、角部B点の切断加工を実効果のある加
工条件で安定して確実に行うことができる。
